Paper & Presentation Submission

For all abstracts that have been accepted either for oral or for poster presentation (notifications sent on 17 JUNE 2019) you will find detailed information on this page.

It is very recommended to read the guidelines in the download section below!

• As the conference language is English, all documents have to be written in English.
• All participants are responsible for paying their own travel and hotel expenses.
• Conference admission is free.

• Registration for speakers and poster presenters: 20 June – 21 July 2019
• Submission of papers and signed copyright forms: 20 June – 31 July 2019
• Submission of presentations: 1 – 15 August 2019

• Each accepted paper must be associated with at least one registered author not later than 21 July 2019. Registration is free of charge. Each registered author can be associated to no more than two accepted papers. Please note that, if you register as an author, you must provide the submission ID number when registering.
• The registration will be in the same conference management system as your submissions and you will be able to use the same login data and account. We will inform you as soon as the registration is accessible.
• Please note: If you have not registered for the conference or submitted your paper within the above defined deadlines your contribution will be removed from the program.
